Our staff works very hard to fulfill your orders error free and with your complete satisfaction as our goal, however sometimes returns or refunds are necessary.
If for any reason you would like to request merchandise refund, please read the terms and conditions below:
Our return policy allows you up to 30 days from the date of purchase to mail back the merchandise and receive a refund or exchange. Any refund or exchange requests after this time will not be honored.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and order invoice or proof of purchase.
Customized products such as embroidered clothing and other type of customized goods cannot be returned, as they were manufactured/designed only for your needs.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, if any item not in its original condition, fully/partially damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please note that brand items and any other merchandise purchased through CCP has to be returned to us and not to the item’s manufacturer. Original manufacturer will not honor any return/refunds in this way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
You should also contact your bank as they can advise you if the refund is in transit and when you can expect it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs related to returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
